What We Do:

We provide mobile personal training services for adults who strive to maintain or gain function through exercise. Our services are available to senior citizens and adults who are looking to get stronger and improve balance for safer, more active lifestyle. We introduce progressive exercises and provide literature for each exercise given. In our program, you will receive quality instruction, coaching and education on specific exercises appropriate for you.

About The Owner/Trainer:

ActivAge is a Limited Liability Company started by Charlene Good, LPTA, CPT in 2019. Charlene is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and a Certified Personal Trainer through American Council on Exercise. She has a passion for fitness and believes seniors can improve their mobility and safety through exercise. With her physical therapy background, she understands the ins and outs of hundreds of exercises with an emphasis on great form and technique to decrease risk of injury. Being a medically trained professional, she understands signs of distress and is able to decipher if the client is appropriate to exercise. Charlene will motivate you, educate you, and help you all along your fitness path!

How It Works:

The first session consists of objective measures, strength/balance assessment, and discussion of goals and expectations. We design each program around the client’s goals while considering old injuries, surgeries, pain, etc. We believe it is important to create a plan of action to fit into the client’s schedule and lifestyle.

The Cost:

$55 per session.
